I ordered two sweatshirts…Seattle baseball hoodie and the Seattle hockey crew neck. I decided that I was above looking at the size charts and went ahead with an order for L in both. I was thinking this would be oversized as I have many other L hoodies that are oversized. When I received my shirts, they were great quality! The print was super sweet and the materials were solid. I noticed the hockey crew image was printed a couple inches off center then I tried them on…they were a tad tight. I knew after a wash, they would be tighter. Oh no! It says right on the website to check the size charts and order accordingly as they do not offer exchanges or returns etc. I decided to email them anyhow (if you never ask, you don’t truly know). Cherry with Dead Threads was quick to respond and despite my decision to not read the size charts, she got another order pushed out to me with the correct sizing! The images were centered and as they are a small company with no warehouse stock, Cherry advised that I can keep the other two shirts as a “gift for the trouble”. Gifted them to my much smaller wife and now we match (every married couples dream). Dead Threads…solid product, solid customer service. For reference, I received 2XL in both and I’m 5’10 175.
My finance got me the lions hoodie for Christmas and I was over the moon. The fit is perfect.
The customer service are also super chill and do an amazing job!

Bought this for my boyfriend. We were out of town when it arrived and someone stole it. I contacted the business and they sent a free replacement hoodie. Thank you Cherri, you were so kind!
i originally ordered a Canucks hoodie for my spouse, unfortunately it was stolen from my door step. I reached out to the company and they literally sent me a replacement hoodie EASY. I am so amazed, you guys saved my Christmas gift!!! will definitely order some more 🤎
