DT NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Dead Threads Apparel (@dead_threads_apparel), the best clothing brand of all time, based in the United States.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Dead Threads Apparel are not eligible to participate.
  • This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway starts immediately and ends on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST.
  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow our Instagram page @dead_threads_apparel.
  2. Tag 3 friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
  3. Optional: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @dead_threads_apparel for an extra entry.

Entry Restrictions:

  • One entry per person.
  • Duplicate or fake accounts will result in disqualification.
  • Incomplete entries or those that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.

Prize

  • The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the NFC Championship football game, featuring the Washington Commanders @ Philadelphia Eagles, valued at $1,128 each ($2,256 total).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
  • Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included. (If the free tickets aren't enough, don't enter.)

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST via a comment on the giveaway post and a direct message (DM).
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they can receive DMs from @dead_threads_apparel.
  • If the winner does not respond by 5:00 PM EST, they will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected via another random draw.

Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree to allow Dead Threads Apparel to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

  • Dead Threads Apparel is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other issues that may affect participation.
  • By participating, entrants release Instagram and Dead Threads Apparel from any liability related to the giveaway.

Disqualification
Dead Threads Apparel reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • Violates the rules.
  • Exhibits fraudulent activity.
  • Attempts to manipulate the giveaway in any way.
